• ERWIA Annual Meeting, Saturday, September 10, 2011 - Noon - 2:00 PM - Shady Beach Campground. Mark your calendar for Saturday, September 10 from Noon-2:00 for our annual meeting/celebration at Shady Beach Campground. This is the "finish line" for all canoe, kayak and homemade boat races participating in Paddlefest. There will be food vendors there for lunch. We will have a brief board meeting after the membership meeting. Join the fun at Shady Beach Campground during Paddlefest weekend and help the Elk River Watershed Improvement Association protect land and water resources in the Elk River watershed. Saturday, September 10, 2011 on the beautiful ELK RIVER! CANOE RACE for 3 different age divisions, a NEW KAYAK division, and a HOMEMADE BOAT RACE. Over $4000 in prize money!
